Hopefully, the rules will change and that information will be released. I had a colleague from Boston call me because he is considering moving to Huntsville but annoyed with the lack of pertinent information on homes. He doesn't want to contact an agent yet because he's very early in his decision process but he's curious about the real estate market to aid his decision. It's very discouraging. Maybe the Huntsville/Madison County Chamber of Commerce or the mayor or somebody would be interested in changing it for improving relations with potential transferees who are considering other cities along with Huntsville.
