I’ve just finished development on a new tool, and plan on deployment in the next two days!
What is is?
I’ve developed an application that gets YOU the information you NEED faster.
How does it work?
We all know that our MLS doesn’t allow addresses, square footage, and age to be displayed publicly. So, when you guys send me a “Request for More Information”, 97% of the time it’s for one of those three things.
Prior to now, you would have to send the request from the property info sheet and wait for me to get in front of the computer, get the request, and email the info back to you.
NOT ANYMORE.
Now, when you send that Request, it is delivered directly to my iPhone within seconds. From there, I launch the new app, copy your email address, add a personal message, and you are emailed a link to the FULL information sheet, including addresses and such, within a minute or two.
This will DRASTICALLY improve response time. I look forward to testing it out!

Seth,
I’m glad you continue to look for and find workarounds for this issue. Hopefully, the rules will change and that information will be released. I had a colleague from Boston call me because he is considering moving to Huntsville but annoyed with the lack of pertinent information on homes. He doesn’t want to contact an agent yet because he’s very early in his decision process but he’s curious about the real estate market to aid his decision. It’s very discouraging. Maybe the Huntsville/Madison County Chamber of Commerce or the mayor or somebody would be interested in changing it for improving relations with potential transferees who are considering other cities along with Huntsville.
Thanks again for your efforts,
-CG

Thanks Chris. I would love nothing more than to be able to get these addresses out to the people that need them! I’ve even tried contacting the Huntsville Times to do a special piece about it. I’m hoping we can have something together for another proposal after the first of the year.
In the meantime, I’m hoping that some of the things that I’ve added to my site over the past couple of weeks will be beneficial to everyone.
