Huntsville Median Sales Price Actually Increased in 3Q

Market Conditions

Median sales price in the Huntsville/Madson County Area rose to $176,800 from $173,300 a year ago. Imagine that! An increase in the median sales price. Not many real estate markets can say that!

Average days on market are up just a little bit to 93 days versus 76 from September 2007. New construction starts are WAY down because of the amount of available inventory on the ground.
